COVID-19 assistance package

We understand the impact of the coronavirus (COVID19) could affect you financially, that’s why we have a plan in place to help you out.

What package is available?

Our funding partner, Adelaide Bank has announced the the following financial assistance package for all affected customers nationwide, and includes:

Home Loan and Business Loan customers can apply for relief on loans for up to six (6) months
Waiver of fees for the restructuring or consolidation of loans
Credit card customers can apply for an emergency credit card limit increase

The best phone number to call is to call our funder directly as they have setup their Mortgage Help Centre specifically to help deal with this current disaster.

To apply for relief on home loans, contact the Mortgage Help Centre on 1800 650 258.

The people at the help centre will be able to advise you regarding financial hardship and applying for assistance.

Please note: There is a high volume of calls being experienced and we ask for your patience during this time. There’s also an option to leave a message for someone to get back to you, however due to the volumes right now, it could be up to 2 business days. We’re working hard to speed this up at the moment.
